Jose Romero, expert technician at Mohrmann Electric Co., carefully and thoroughly evaluated my Generator at the 6th month checkup. Jose worked with careful attention and good focus on all areas involved in his evaluation of the Generator. In response to my request, the Company had arranged for Jose to explain the workings of the generator to me and maintenance requirements. Jose went the extra miles. He explained all facets of the generator to me, the function of each part of the generator, and showed me where the power is supplied. Jose communicated clearly and precisely and effectively. He also answered my questions carefully and patiently and thoroughly so that he was sure that I understood his explanations. Jose demonstrated patience when I asked for repetition, and wanted to be sure that I understood. I highly recommend Jose as the quality of his work and his kindness are superior. I highly recommend Mohrmann as a company that proceeds with care and thoughtfulness towards the needs of the customer.
Thank you for this wonderful review, Naomi, and for recognizing Jose's exceptional service and dedication to ensuring you fully understood your generator's operation and maintenance requirements. We look forward to working with you in the future.

I began by inspecting the engine's oil levels to ensure they were within the optimal range. Using a dipstick, I carefully extracted and examined the oil, noting its color and consistency. Next, I moved on to the spark plugs, removing each one with precision. I assessed their condition, looking for signs of wear, deposits, or damage. After cleaning any debris from the plugs, I checked the electrode gaps and replaced any that were worn. Finally, I reinserted the spark plugs securely and topped off the oil as needed, ensuring everything was functioning correctly. This thorough process helps maintain the engine's performance and longevity.
Jonathan was here on time even though the office was behind schedule in calling to tell me. He was very professionally dressed and was very polite. He stressed the importance of regular maintenance and oil changes.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing your generator in the future.
