Bi-Annual Maintenance Visit - All of Nassau & Suffolk Counties
For peace of mind that your generator will be there for you when you need it most, a certified technician will maintain your unit twice per year at a time most convenient for you.
Our maintenance package includes:
- Oil filter check & change as needed
- Voltage & fluid level check
- Battery connection & trickle charger check
- Electrical connection check
- Spark plug & spark plug wire check (change as needed)
- Run tests and adjust unit
- Air filter
- Transfer switch operation check
- Transfer switch connection tightening
- 6-month valve lash check
- Update firmware
What is Included and Not in Your Maintenance Package
Note: the maintenance package covers maintaining your generator in good working order through checking and maintaining fluid levels, filters, running, testing, and adjusting as necessary. Other non-maintenance parts (e.g., battery, etc.) will be additional.
All repair work not covered under warranty or part of maintenance will be charged $150 labor rate per hour plus material (subject to change). This applies only to maintenance contracts.
